Coach Vivek is one of the most disciplined and dedicated person I know. He designs a unique training programme for each of his students keeping in mind their strengths and weaknesses, he understands each of their needs and trains them accordingly. I was able to push my limits and become the best version of myself because of his constant encouragement and belief in me. Initially I was only training for kickboxing with him but he insisted that I take up karate and guided me through my journey, he motivated me throughout. It was his unwavering faith in me that lead me to win Gold in National Karate 2019. He was my support system throughout the competition, he always told me to give my 100% and let the chips fall where they may. He wanted me to truly enjoy what i was doing more than anything else. Every workout is fun, informative and pushes me past my own limits.

first met and started training with Vivek back in 2016. This was at a time when I knew absolutely nothing about kickboxing or self-defense! I cannot express how happy I was with the progress and the kind of friendship we developed over the years. One of the many things I really appreciate about his training plan is that he personalizes it for each person according to their personalities and body types. He never made it seem like a regular session, but more like a fun way to burn calories, but learn skills at the same time! I remember having fun competitions with his other students and use it as a way to track our individual progresses! But of course, it wasn’t always just fun and games. His sessions also helped me to learn many ways to protect myself. He taught me many self-defense moves, which I think is very important in today’s age and I appreciated it a lot!

I'm from Indonesia, working and residing in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia right now. I was introduced to Vivek
by our common friend Raki. Never in my mind that I can do 1000+ jump rope in 1 session of exercise. I started with 50 jumps only in day 1, the next week I finished 1000+ jump, 3 sets russian twist, 3 sets leg raised, crunches, 70+ side kicks (in 2 mins), all in 1 session with timeframe 1 hour only! The most mindblowing part of it is I didn't feel so much pressure in the process from Day 1 until I can achieve this pace of High Intense Interval Training. Vivek
's method is so smooth and perfect for me personally. His training method follows individual, my training might not fit for someone else because it is designed by Vivek
for me only. It follows my health and physical condition. During lockdown when everyone has gained weight, I still lost weight and that I still have big late dinner every night
I really recommend Vivek for you who wants to be fit and stronger. His method will follow your own physical condition to avoid any injuries. Even if you are injured right now, he will make you exercise in other way but you will still achieve the expected result. It's so worth it!

I’ve been training with Vivek for about 4 years now and I’ve had a great experience learning kickboxing.
